Our client had recently purchased this lovely, light filled double upper flat in the West End of Edinburgh and, working full time, required some assistance making it ‘her own’. There were various rooms and spaces that required some reconfiguration including the hall and staircase, the downstairs loo, the kitchen and the utility room and the entire downstairs area was redecorated. Having established a clear brief from her we were able to draw up revised room layouts that made each room work as she wanted it to work, and we worked with her to pull together a harmonious scheme that she loved. We project managed a team of tradesmen who completed all the work on time and on budget and our client was delighted with the finished result.
