This fabulous 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom period apartment in the West End of Edinburgh required full refurbishment, with the basement being stripped right back to brickwork for damp proofing throughout and major structural work on the ground floor. Bathrooms were reconfigured and the kitchen moved from the basement to the ground floor.   Our client lived abroad and attended the site only a handful of times over the course of the 18-month project, so we had regular zoom calls with her whilst working directly with the contractor, liaising on everything from electrical layouts to the designs of the bespoke cabinetry and all other details and finishes.

Our client brought over several pieces of their furniture and artwork from their home in the US and we carefully integrated these into the layouts and the designs.  The end result is a home that is elegant and timeless, beautiful, functional and a soothing retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.
