The owner of Nexus Creative Space contacted us when the renovation work on this building was well underway. As is often the case, he had been so engrossed in the building works that he had not had the time to consider fully the interior design of the office space: in this case, what would be vibrant and appealing to the tenants and how the communal spaces and individual desk spaces would function and feel. The budget for finishes was limited and the brief was somewhat vague.   We worked hard to pull together ideas very quickly, opting for strong dark colours on the woodwork and simple off white on the wall which gives a slightly more contemporary feel to the Georgian property. Interest and splashes of colour were introduced through bespoke flooring, feature walls, light fittings and bright soft furnishings.
